Horrible service! I usually give people credit for maybe having a bad day or something that effects their ability to do their job. These guys top the chart with the "Can't Fix Stupid". Lady hands a guy that's been waiting on his Blizzard he takes a bit and says ma'am this isn't what I ordered. She realizes she swapped the 2 orders from different families and insist that they exchange with each other and refuses to make them new ones.
We were short on time and did not want to mess with this Dairy Queen any more. We will have to find the next town for some dinner.
Unfortunately, we came into Eden when there wasn't much open. Ordered 2 combo meals thru the drive-thru. First, the girl taking our order didn't seem to like her job very much. After paying almost $18 for a 4 piece steak finger basket and a triple cheeseburger, (no drinks) we grabbed our fries. Being on the road makes you hungry ! But the fries were cold and had a strange taste. Then after finding no gravy with my steak fingers , I attempted to eat them and they were cold. The hamburger patties were cold. we took a couple bites and gave up.
When I arrived I decided", will I guess another boring ,water like grilled chicken sandwich. I ordered the sandwich and had great service. I received my meal and took my first bite. Needless to say it was very good. And that's an understatement.
The food is as expected but service was not the best for a fast food chain. There is a lack of employees, so basically 3 people trying to run the whole operation. The restrooms were to be as expected semi-clean due to lack of stack. I would probably skip this one and wait until the next town for a quick bite (it took 25 minutes for 2 burgers & a salad).
